Besides, via the department of RnD, applications and tools are updated and developed in order to always adapt to our customer’s needs.
Training Seminars:
With the purchase of any equipment, free training seminars are offered regarding their use in order to maximize their output. Training seminars duration depends on the type of equipment that is supplied to the customer. Our company, also, provides additional on-the-job training where needed.
Service:
We support our products with complete after sales service. Our Service Department is staffed with experienced personnel that ensure fast, reliable and economic repair of equipment in our laboratories.
MAGELLAN’s GPS receivers and all their peripherals are checked and repaired inside five (5) days. Simultaneously with the duration of repair, supportive equipment is provided in our customers so that they can continue smoothly their work.
Total Stations, Levels and Laser PENTAX are supported by the completely equipped laboratory (H.Q.S.S.), which provides:
- accuracy certifications
- fine-tune and calibration
- general maintenance according to the constructor
- electronic and/or mechanic damage restoration
- fast two (2) days response time
