100 Hours of e-Facility  Online Services by REDEX S.A.

REDEX SA has developed a revolutionary service that operates under the name "e-Facility".

The "e-Facility" service is essentially an integrated system of Technical Support Services, Facility Management and Maintenance services
of any type of customers, in real time.
The service fully supports full interactive communication with the customer and is operated over a SaaS (Software as a Service) model in Greece and the European Market.

In terms of functionality and services offered to customers the following services can be provided to customers through e-Facility:

A dedicated Web space for users to operate e-Facility applications themselves, thus allowing  the REDEX staff to provide fully interactive Facility Management services to the customer.

The customer receives Support through the Netgotiator direct collaboration solution, which he can «download»
from Redex Site (either as a Customer or a REDEX partner), and can immediatelly start collaboration with the expert REDEX staff.
The continued provision of "e-Facility" services  under the «software as a service» model  (Software as a Service - SaaS)
for the selected period of contract.
